With 25 years of experience in direct sales and marketing, Scott Hancox has been at the forefront of Australia's energy and telecommunications deregulation. Over the past 12 years he has served as a Director of Pacific Sun Solar, leveraging his industry expertise to drive growth and innovation.

Karl Unterlechner is a leader and entrepreneur with over two decades in renewable energy. As founder of Prism Solar Power and Phoenix Solar Group, he built and scaled companies that expanded solar adoption. Leading Pacific Sun Solar, Karl focuses on advancing solar through technology and innovative finance models, with a background in marketing, civil engineering and project management.
Director & General Manager, Packleader BPO
Luke Wyley has been a pioneer in the BPO industry in Fiji, playing a pivotal role in its growth. As General Manager of Packleader BPO, he has led the company from its inception in 2013 to an international operation with over 500 employees across three countries, working with blue-chip clients such as AGL, Energy Australia and Engie. His deep understanding of the South Pacific market has been instrumental in Packleader’s success.

With 15+ years of experience in business acquisition, lead generation and client management across solar and energy retail, Isikeli Waqa excels at strategic partnerships and revenue growth. A strong advocate for sustainable energy, he is dedicated to helping businesses adopt cost-effective renewable solutions.
Technical Operations — Licensed EFL Electrical Contractor
Isimeli Serea, a licensed EFL electrical contractor, brings over 15 years of experience in solar and electrical systems. He leads Pacific Sun Solar’s technical operations — grid-tied, off-grid and hybrid systems, BESS and EV charging — delivering projects across Fiji and the Pacific with full compliance to EFL and safety standards. As a certified EFL contractor and authorised signatory, he is recognised for his leadership and dedication to safe, efficient energy solutions.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Onur Kaya is a Senior Electrical Engineer with over a decade of experience across Australia's renewable energy and power sectors. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, he has deep expertise in solar power systems, technical product management and end-to-end project delivery, with senior roles at Flow Power, Green Home Green Planet, Alinta Energy and Service Stream. He brings strong technical leadership and a hands-on, mentoring approach to the engineering team.
Electrical Engineer
Catherine Ting is an electrical engineer responsible for design and engineering work across Pacific Sun Solar's projects, and works hands-on in project construction. Through the Its Time Foundation program she has been a driving force in advancing women in solar across the Pacific.
